Rob Blackadar, President & CEO


Rob Blackadar joined Badger as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, Operations in July 2021. Before joining Badger, he most recently held the role as President of NESCO Specialty Rentals in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. NESCO was the largest utility rental company in the U.S. prior to merging with Custom Truck One Source. As President of NESCO, Rob was responsible for all operations, including sales and marketing, branch operations, fleet management and safety.

Prior to NESCO, Rob held roles of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing and operations at BlueLine Rentals, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, United Rentals and HERC Rentals. He brings a proven track record in driving strong commercial, operational and financial results in both public and private companies. In each of his previous roles, Rob has worked through the sales and operations teams to achieve success by establishing strong sales and marketing programs in national accounts, government sales, new and used equipment sales and segmented customer marketing.

Darren Yaworsky, Senior VP, Finance & CFO


Darren Yaworsky joined Badger in June 2019 as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Badger, he held the role of Senior Vice President and CFO for Wajax Corporation. Darren has held a series of progressively senior corporate finance, treasury, accounting and tax roles at Enbridge Inc., Canadian Pacific Railway and Wajax Corporation. His early career was in capital markets, corporate finance, risk management and operations at two major Canadian banks.

Darren holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Tracey Wallace, Chief Human Resources Officer


Tracey Wallace joined Badger in June 2017. She has extensive business experience across several industries in Canada, the U.S. and globally. Prior to joining Badger, Tracey held the positions of Senior Vice-President for Carillion Canada, Officer and Vice-President, Human Resources for the ATCO Group of Companies and Canadian Utilities Ltd.

Tracey has served on the boards of the ALS Society of Canada, the ALS Society of Alberta and RokstadPower.

Tracey attended the University of Calgary, and completed her graduate course work at the University of Frederickton in Human Resources. She is a member of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources and holds the Certified Professional Human Resources (CPHR) designation, has completed the Rotnam - Director’s Education Program and holds the ICD.D designation.

Elizabeth Peterson, Senior VP, Operations


Elizabeth started with Badger in April 2015. Prior thereto, she was employed by Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc. for 24 years holding various positions in both sales and operations.

She has also held positions including Senior Vice President, East Region; Vice President Industrial Services and Vice President of InSiteServices.

Elizabeth holds a BA from Smith College in Northampton, MA as well as a MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Trevor Carson, CFA, VP Investor Relations & Corporate Development


Trevor Carson joined Badger in May 2021 as Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Development. Prior thereto, he served as Vice President, Financial Planning, Risk Management & Treasurer for Wajax Corporation. Mr. Carson has also held the position of Vice President, Capital Markets at Brookfield Renewable Partners and played an integral role in the merger and acquisition activities at Constellation Software.

Trevor Carson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
