Mr. Blackadar was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member of Badger Infrastructure Solutions in October 2022. He joined the Company as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, Operations in July 2021.
Prior to Badger, Mr. Blackadar most recently held the role of President at NESCO Specialty Rentals. NESCO was the largest utility rental company in the U.S. prior to merging with Custom Truck One Source. As President of NESCO, he was responsible for all operations, commercial strategy, fleet management and safety.
Mr. Blackadar also held roles of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing and operations at BlueLine Rentals, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, United Rentals and HERC Rentals. He brings a proven track record of driving strong commercial, operational and financial results in both public and private companies.
In each of his previous roles, Mr. Blackadar has worked through the sales and operations teams to achieve success by establishing strong sales and marketing programs in national accounts, government sales, new and used equipment sales and segmented customer marketing.
